Appreciative Strategies leadership coaching will help the client discover where and how they fit into advancing roles within the organization. This coaching process is appropriate for the new supervisor up to and including C-level executives. Individuals will be encouraged to assess their strategic position within the organization, understand why their role is important to the overall mission, and why they are the appropriate and best fit for this position. Leadership coaching is suitable for aspiring leaders (those not formerly in the position yet) and those that have been promoted within the past two or three years. Through the coaching process individuals will evaluate and strategize for individual leadership growth. During this process the individual will discover and obtain the confidence and personal values necessary to excel in a formal leadership role.
Consistent with Appreciative Strategies core values - the client is never told what to do, instead the coach helps the individual discover their own direction and paths to follow. The leadership coach will also serve to hold the client responsible and accountable for their pursuits.
