Does this workshop explore technical aspects of decision making?
This workshop explores some fundamental factors that should be considered for every business decision. It explores decision by consensus and several group dynamics that are often associated with making decisions in the workplace. The workshop does not explore decision trees, data analysis, or other tools sometimes used in making technical decisions. This workshop is ideal for workplace groups or teams that may struggle with decisions, agreement, and various group dynamics that often plague effective decision making. Participants gain new or refreshed perspectives on both the short and longer term outcomes of their decisions.
