Successful organizations everywhere understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Customer service in an educational setting requires a solid foundation in service habits and a strong ability to embrace generational diversity challenges. This workshop examines foundation skills that will establish or renew the idea of exceptional customer service, provide real-world examples for making a difference, and explore ways to bridge generational gaps. Participants will set performance goals and explore leading ways to avoid relapse into outdated or otherwise undesirable habits.

Appropriate for all organization levels it will enhance the skills necessary for delivering exceptional customer service in an educational setting.
This workshop is appropriate for both faculty and staff. However, in some cases instituations may choose to provide a faculty version, delivered with a similar message but adjusted to closely align with different faculty needs.
