Leadership exists all around us. Often leaders emerge from informal groups and may exhibit exceptional leadership qualities without being recognized by themselves or others. Leadership training will benefit most those willing to assess themselves, their roles, and their contributions to any organization or team.
What is the length of training? How much training do we need?
Typically a training intervention is recommended based on a free consultation or interview with the client. This consultation is normally brief (approximately 1 hour or less) and is used only as a starting point to gauge the needs of the client. Leadership training can vary drastically in length. Sessions are normally at least 3-4 hours, but may go up to 40+ hours depending on the needs of the individuals and the organization. (On-going consultation services are always available on a per hour basis.) In-depth skill, competency, or needs assessments are always an option to help your organization discover areas or disciplines that may require specific interventions.
